Process And Delivery
Delivery time can vary depending on your individual requirements. Once we have collected your ideas and assets, your first draft will be completed within 5 to 10 working days.
The exact process will vary depending on each individual but all will closely resemble the following:
- Project Initiated: Once the service order is received, our project lead will be in touch to discuss your requirements and capture your ideas.
- Development Phase: We get to work developing your online store while you collate any content you want to display on your site.
- Gathering Additional Information: We may need to capture additional information, including payment details, for the setup of Google Workspace.
- First Draft And Revisions: Once the first draft is complete, you can review and request any necessary changes.
- Ready To Launch: Once you are satisfied with the finished results, we'll hand over your website, ready for launch.
Additional Information
Payment details will be handled in accordance with PCI-DSS to open your Google Workspace account. You will not be charged for the subscription until your package is complete and you are satisfied with the end result.
We use Shopify as our preferred hosting platform to build your store and provide you with a SSL checkout process. Shopify is the largest hosting platform in the world of e-commerce so you can be sure that your site will always run smoothly, with zero down time. Acting as the central hub for your business, you can add products, view analytics and essentially, manage and fulfil your orders. Shopify charge a subscription fee from £19 per month.
We use Google as our preferred business email hosting platform. Google is the largest provider of business emails, integrating with Gmail for ease of use. You will be liable to Google's monthly service fee of £6 for the email hosting.
You may also be liable to a yearly fee of £10 for your chosen domain name. This will be dependant on whether you already own your domain name, or whether we are sourcing one for you.
