How does your money back guarantee work?

We offer a money back guarantee to ensure your peace of mind, confident that you’ll love the service we provide. If, at any stage of the process, we’re unable to meet your specifications, you have the option to request a full refund under our money back guarantee.

This guarantee is valid until your website is finalised and the handover process is complete.

Please note that order cancellations are not covered by the money back guarantee. If you change your mind and wish to cancel your order, a 5% cancellation fee will apply.

Will I be able to make changes to my store in the future?

We leave you with the tools to edit, change and add to your website whenever you desire. This eliminates the need to pay a developer every time you want to make a small adjustment to your site.

Basic tutorials on editing and adding to your website will be provided in the handover process but if you need a hand, we are here to help.

Are there any additional costs?

There are no hidden costs on top of the initial service charge, unless you desire a premium domain name.

There are however, monthly subscription costs you will incur for your Shopify (hosting) and Google (email) accounts.

We use Shopify as our preferred hosting platform to build your store and provide you with a SSL checkout process. You will be liable to Shopify's service fee from £19 per month.

We use Google as our preferred business email hosting platform. You will be liable to Google's monthly service fee of £6 for the email hosting (only if you require a business email).

You may also be liable to a yearly fee of £10 for your chosen domain name. This will be dependant on whether you already own your domain name, or whether we are sourcing one for you.

What is a premium domain name?

If you don't already own the domain name of your choosing, you will need to purchase it from the domain registrar (we can help with this).

Typically domain registration costs £10 per year. However, some rare domain names incur a premium fee.

What information do you need from me to get started?

Once you have placed your order, your assigned project leader will be in touch to discuss your ideas and vision.

Details we need from you will vary depending on what stage of progress you have reached with your business. You may be just starting out or already have orders rolling in.

We will assist you in any decision making to ensure your store performs effectively with your target audience. You can refine and approve every detail before your store goes live.

Will you provide marketing for my store?

At present, we do not offer marketing as part of our standard service.

We are in the process of rolling out marketing services to our existing customers. Ask a member of our team and if you are eligible, we will be able to give you further information.
